All age-restricted items are marked as such and dispatch via the AV service with Parcelforce, and you must be able to produce photographic identification proving the recipient / purchaser is over 18 years of age. Because of this, the courier may not be able to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour if AV is not completed. They are also unable to leave your parcel at a Post Office.
