Shipping Information: 

In-stock items ordered before 1pm Monday - Friday are available for same day dispatch. We use a next working day delivery service as default (excludes Bank Holidays and weekends) for the majority of postcodes across Britain. For Northern Irish deliveries, please factor in an additional 24 hours.

Order Tracking and Redelivery:

We currently use Royal Mail / Parcelforce to deliver our products. On age restricted items, the delivery driver is legally obliged to verify your age before handing over the parcel and cannot leave age restricted parcels in a safe place or at a Post Office. 

In most cases, the carrier will attempt delivery three times before the item is held at their depot to await collection or redelivery.
