Shipping Information: 

In-stock items ordered before 1pm are available for next working day delivery (excludes Bank Holidays and weekends) for the majority of postcodes in the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking and Redelivery:

We currently use Parcelforce to deliver our products. On age restricted items, the delivery driver is legally obliged to verify your age before handing over the parcel and cannot leave age restricted parcels in a safe place or at a Post Office. 

In most cases, Parcelforce will attempt delivery three times before the item is held at their depot to await collection or redelivery.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-Orders will be dispatched once stock is available - see individual items for expected delivery dates. Please note that dates given are subject to change and are for guidance only.
Any in stock items ordered with a pre-order with be dispatched separately at no additional cost.
