We currently use Parcelforce to deliver our products. On age restricted items, the delivery driver is legally obliged to verify your age before handing over the parcel and cannot leave age restricted parcels in a safe place or at a Post Office. 

In most cases, Parcelforce will attempt delivery three times before the item is held at their depot to await collection or redelivery.
